The film was declared on 10 January 2021. The pre-creation was abundantly deferred by the Coronavirus pandemic. Head photography at last started in November 2022 with recording continuing in different timetables across Assam, Hyderabad, Jammu and Kashmir and Mumbai, and wrapped by late-October. Genuine Indian Flying corps recruits worked for the film.[7] The film has references to 2019 Pulwama assault, 2019 Balakot airstrike and 2019 India-Pakistan line skirmishes.[8][9] The film's soundtrack collection made by the team Vishal-Shekhar comprises of five tunes, with Satchith Paulose as the cinematographer. The visuals are taken care of by DNEG.

Warrior was initially planned for a dramatic delivery on 30 September 2022 yet was deferred because of the creation delays inferable from the Coronavirus pandemic. It was dramatically delivered on 25 January 2024, harmonizing with the Republic Day weekend. The movie received generally mixed reviews from critics, with praise for the cast's performances and the action but criticism for the plot.
